I've never been to this house where the light wasn't absolutely amazing! All times of year and all times of day give you perfect light every time! It's just something about this house...(well, for me at least!) It's refreshing to see this photograph in color! I've only shot it in color with a 35 mm, and never enlarged the photographs. I just used the color photographs as transfers onto my ceramics. I shot all of the others in black and white with my 4x5. The color is just as breathtaking!

I agree with Miles, amazing color quality, and it is so rich in details. I like the way regularity of the boards on the side and the column is in contrast with trees behind and organic forms around.

It is also quite touching, at least for me. From left to right, from shade to light, colors change from cool to warm, guiding my eyes and mood at the same time.

I love the light in this, the way you can see how golden it is in the back ground, how it comes through the window and touches the grime, plays along the boards on the side.

Good luck getting things done, I tried that once...
