I asked Parnell to come over after work today. I’m asking several of my co-workers to come over for a shot or two before we leave town. You can read more about that on CrazyWalker. This was shot with expired Polaroid 59 (it’s the only kind I can afford now).

That is a great portrait! The lighting is really nice and I like the colors that this outdated film has produced.

Walker, this is lovely. Really. The shot definitely takes on a natural and candid quality (and I know you shot this with a 4X5 and that candid is probably the last thing it was, so nice job). Thanks for the hittin’ me with a link too…sweeet.

I just read the story about your move on Crazy Walker and I see you must have had the same nasty bug that got passed around among about 12 of us while my family and I visited friends and relatives over the summer. It was miserable.
Your work rocks. It’s like stepping through the looking glass. AND it’s humble and funny and seriously good.
