Nursery

Nursery

Taken the other night at the nursery I pass every day on my way to and from work. They occasionally leave it lit up at night, and it always catches my eye. This isn’t exactly what I had in mind for the shot, but there’s not a higher vantage point from which to shoot. I may try again, though.

And for the record, Atlanta is pretty dang cool so far.

that empty black space is quite effective in this! cheers :)

Very nice shot. I love the darkness above the buildings, as it is rare to see the sky this pure and clean! I have been meaning to do something similar, as I live about 3 miles from a huge nursery complex.

I really like the composition; great use of empty space. Well done.

Well Chris, I must admit, the scan of this negative only included the buildings. But the negative really is devoid of anthing else. =)

Love the open door and the composition here. I like it ,only think that little white dot on the left of the door is disturbing.
