Powerlines

So this shot was a TAD underexposed. Scratch that… it was underdeveloped. But I managed to (almost) salvage these two square inches in the scanner. I’ll be reshooting it properly, but I must say I’m pretty disappointed with how bad the negative turned out. Anyone know of the time/dilution for using J&C 100 Pro in Ilford Ilfosol S?

Don’t know, but this looks superb, with a grungy feeling to it. Disappointed? I would have been pretty impressed with an outcome this good, but of course I don’t know your intentions.

Well, “bad” in the sense that it’s unprintable in the darkroom. All of this information only came out through the power of scanning. And most of the grunge is just dust on the neg anyway. But yeah, I do like how it turned out here.
