Thanks for the explanation. This is Andy's room, and because there was no curtain, he put up a blanket. The neighbors leave their porch light on all night, so it was filling up his room with light when he would try to sleep. So the light was getting low, but it was streaming through the window when I pulled it back, and we decided to pin it up. (It's been like that ever since, btw.) Originally the light was hitting his back and lighting his hair pretty strongly, but I moved him out of the light and put a reflector in place to bounce the light onto his face/front side. Almost every shot in this series is done with natural/window light. I've tried to be particular about how my light is bouncing when it's possible. I love window light, especially on overcast days. And because I've been shooting with an ISO 25 film (Efke 25), that type of exposure can sometimes be as long as 15 seconds. Miles, we worked on the light a little in this shot.
