Polly and I had gone out to shoot some more of this expired (1986) Kodak color negative film on the capitol grounds, perhaps for some shots for the 2006 calendar. This isn’t the kind of shot that would be in the calendar, really. But that’s not just due to the selective focus. I waited for the birds to hit just the right spot.
