Fireflies

Surprisingly enough, these fireflies survived 24 hours in this jar. I caught them after mowing the lawn at my grandmother’s house the night before and accidentally left the jar on our back porch. After waking them up as the sun set, they began to light up again. I released them just after this.

I’m loving the eerie green hues to this.

That picture really seems to capture the wonder that a simple thing like fireflies brings to a child’s mind, I really like this picture.

This picture is beautiful, and i was wondering if i could have your written permission to use it- not for any commercial purpose, i just like find pictures and incorporating them with song lyrics into little icons. This image is just perfect, I already made the icon i wanted to make with it, but I want to post it in my gallery at Deviantart.com and i need your written permission to use it. I would be really happy if you’d let me!
here’s the icon i made, just so you can see it before i post it anywhere
