The famous flamingos at the garden center at Loop 360 and FM 2222 in Austin, TX. This image wasn’t cross processed, just made to look that way in Photoshop by slight curve adjustment. I also took some slides with my Canon Elan 7E body (same 28-135mm lens is much wider at 28mm because it lacks the 1.6x magnification factor of the Digital Rebel) and got much more pleasant results. The wider angle really helped the slide shots. Now I just wish I had had the slides scanned before mounting.

Following an afternoon storm.

After a meeting for my upcoming show (details soon, I promise) I glanced out the window of the gallery and saw this house. But what actually caught my attention in the first place was the beautiful, dirty, single pane glass the windows had.
